Exam Structure:
1. Undergraduate Programs:
B.Des (Bachelor of Design): The exam consists of:
Creative Ability Test (CAT): Tests creativity, drawing, and design ability.
General Ability Test (GAT): Tests knowledge in quantitative ability, communication ability, English comprehension, analytical ability, and general knowledge.
Situation Test: A hands-on test that assesses material handling, innovation, and creativity.
B.F.Tech (Bachelor of Fashion Technology):

2. Postgraduate Programs:
M.Des (Master of Design):
Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT) for admissions.
M.F.Tech (Master of Fashion Technology) and M.F.M (Master of Fashion Management):
General Ability Test (GAT) only.
Exam Pattern:
CAT: Focuses on creativity and innovation in design. No specific syllabus, but it tests drawing skills, originality, and creative thought.
GAT: Includes sections like quantitative ability, communication, English comprehension, analytical ability, and general knowledge.
Situation Test (B.Des only): A practical test where candidates are asked to create a model with given materials within a time limit.

For B.Des: Candidates must have passed or be appearing for the Class 12 examination or equivalent.
For B.F.Tech: Candidates must have passed or be appearing for the Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
For Postgraduate Courses: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant field.

1. GAT (General Ability Test):
For B.Des (Bachelor of Design) and M.Des (Master of Design).
